These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of www.multiflow-uae.com and to quotations, orders and services supplied by Multi Flow Hydraulic Repair Services (“MultiFlow”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or placing an order you accept them.
1. Enquiry-based sales
This website is a catalogue and enquiry platform. Adding products to the cart or submitting a form sends us an enquiry. It is not an order and no online payment is taken. A sale is made only when we issue a written quotation or order confirmation and you accept it.
2. Prices, VAT and quotations
Any price shown on the website is indicative. Prices in our quotations are in UAE dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise and exclude VAT unless the quotation says they include it. VAT is added at the rate applicable in the UAE. A quotation stays valid for the period written on it. Prices and availability may change after that, or when manufacturers change their prices.
3. Orders and payment
An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing. Payment terms are those stated in the quotation or order confirmation. For bank transfers, pay only to the account details on our official quotation or invoice, and confirm any change of bank details by phone on +971 50 278 9751 before paying. We may suspend delivery on overdue amounts.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and depend on stock and manufacturer lead times. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, such as supplier delays, customs, transport disruption or force majeure. Risk passes to you on delivery or collection, and ownership passes when we have received full payment.
5. Returns
Many hydraulic items are ordered or made to specification, so they cannot be returned or cancelled once ordered unless we agree in writing. Check items on delivery and tell us in writing within 7 days of any damage, shortage or wrong item. Approved returns must be unused and in original packaging.
6. Warranty
New products carry the manufacturer’s warranty, or the warranty stated in our quotation. Repair and manufacturing work carries the warranty stated in the quotation or job report. Warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, wrong installation, contamination, or modification by others.
7. Brands and product information
MultiFlow is an authorised distributor of Sun Hydraulics, NEM, OP SRL and Hydrotechnik. For all other brands we supply products but are not an authorised distributor, agent or representative of the brand owner unless we state so in writing. Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify compatible or supplied products. See our Disclaimer.
Product descriptions, specifications, images and part numbers are provided for guidance and may change. Always confirm suitability for your application with our engineers before ordering.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, production or use. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the product or service concerned. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Intellectual property
The website design, text and our own images belong to MultiFlow or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent.
10. Use of the website
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, send spam, or interfere with its operation. We may change or withdraw any part of the website at any time.
11. Privacy
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
