This Privacy Policy explains how Multi Flow Hydraulic Repair Services (“MultiFlow”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit www.multiflow-uae.com or contact us. What we collect
- Enquiry and callback forms: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, company, the products or service you ask about, and your message.
- Customer accounts: if you create an account, your name, email address and the details you save in it.
- Calls, email and WhatsApp: the details you give us when you contact us, and the content of our conversation.
- Website usage: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and referring site, collected through Google Analytics and standard server logs (including IP address).
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and deliver the products or services you request.
- To manage orders, accounts, invoicing and after-sales support.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it (analytics).
